I had trouble with this one because I usually don’t use music to fall asleep, but rather read or watch something until I do. If I had to choose a piece of music to actually get the job done it would be ‘The Sunlit Garden’ by Shinkichi Mitsumune from the Revolutionary Girl: Utena anime series. The entire series is brilliant and the score is a big portion of that.
